- Customer support management.
- Business reporting and administrative tools.
Features depend on the subscription plan, configuration, and third-party availability.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Businesses using R2ACRM are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information.
- Protecting account credentials.
- Managing employee access permissions.
- Obtaining legally required permissions to contact customers.
- Complying with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and electronic communications laws.
- Ensuring that information uploaded to the platform is collected and processed lawfully.
- Following applicable Meta and other third-party platform policies.
4. Customer Data
Customers retain their rights in the data they upload or manage through R2ACRM.
Ready to Answer LLC may process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with applicable law, and perform other activities authorized under the applicable agreement.
5. Artificial Intelligence
R2ACRM may provide automated responses and recommendations through artificial intelligence.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies.
Customers are responsible for supervising automated communications and ensuring that AI tools are used appropriately for their business activities.
R2ACRM does not guarantee specific sales results, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
6. Third-Party Integrations
R2ACRM may integrate with services provided by Meta and other third parties.
These integrations remain subject to their respective terms, policies, technical restrictions, and availability.
Ready to Answer LLC does not control third-party account suspensions, API changes, or service interruptions.
7. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not use R2ACRM for:
- Fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Unauthorized communications or unlawful spam.
- Harassment or impersonation.
- Unauthorized access to information.
- Violations of applicable privacy laws.
- Other unlawful activities.
8. Subscription and Payments
Subscription prices, billing periods, usage-based charges, renewals, and cancellation conditions will be disclosed in the applicable subscription plan or commercial agreement.
Additional charges may apply to messaging, AI processing, or other metered services when agreed.
9. Availability and Security
Ready to Answer LLC will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide and maintain the Services.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security incidents, technical failures, or third-party dependencies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ready to Answer LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from unlawful Customer instructions, unauthorized Customer communications, or Customer misuse of the platform.
Ready to Answer LLC remains responsible for obligations and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any contractual liability cap and its exceptions must be established in the applicable agreement.
11. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable agreement, including for material violations, serious security risks, or nonpayment.
Following termination, Customer Data will be handled according to applicable agreements, lawful instructions, and legal retention obligations.

These Terms will be governed by the law designated in the applicable agreement, subject to mandatory legal protections.
