Data Deletion Instructions

R2ACRM, operated by Ready to Answer LLC, respects applicable privacy rights and provides a process for requesting the deletion of personal information.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to request the deletion of personal information associated with R2ACRM, send an email to:

Email Subject: Data Deletion Request — R2ACRM

Please provide:

Your full name.
Your contact email address.
The business or R2ACRM account associated with your information, if known.
The Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account involved, if applicable.
A brief description of the information you want deleted.

Do not include passwords or sensitive authentication credentials.

Request Verification

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority to submit the request.

Processing Your Request

After receiving a request, we will determine whether the information is controlled by Ready to Answer LLC or by a business customer using R2ACRM.

Where a business customer controls the information, we may refer the request to that customer or assist it in processing the request.

Eligible information will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled according to applicable law and contractual obligations.

We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Disconnecting Meta Accounts

Business administrators may revoke R2ACRM's permissions through the relevant Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Business settings.

Disconnecting an integration may stop future access but does not necessarily delete previously stored information.

A separate deletion request may be necessary.

Legal Retention

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, including for legal compliance, security, and dispute resolution.
